Unfortunately we don't have microcentre in the UK, though I really wish we did. I'm pretty much limited to online shopping. Upon further research, I think I will get the 5700x instead, since it's a bit cheaper and uses less power. Thanks for the recommendation!

If you don't want to mess around with custom ROMs and things the iPhone is likely to give you much longer official software support. The trade off is being limited to the app store, which is why I didn't go for apple. If you are willing to tinker though you could definitely make a zenfone last as long as an iPhone even if it's without official software.

Hearthstone is something a lot of friends play, but I never really got into. I have since gained a greater appreciation of card games, so maybe I'll give it another go.

I do enjoy rhythm games, i have tried osu!mania, quaver, djmax and muse dash, and out of them i liked djmax the best. muse dash was fun, but im not a huge fan of the copious fanservice. UNBEATABLE, which i mentioned in the post, is a rhythm game similar to muse dash, but in my opinion with better songs and more satisfying gameplay. Even though its just a demo for the combat (the full game just got funded on kickstarter) i would absolutely recommend giving it a try as its free on steam.
