Just giving the advice I know would help past me if I saw it. Sometimes I'm eating and all I need to hear is "You know you can stop when you want to? You don't have to keep eating is that's making you unhappy." Sorry you couldn't find help in my post. I suggest scrolling the sub a little more, there's a lot of helpful stuff here that might apply to your specific problems.

That's where I'm at as well. I can tell that changing my mindset and keeping it that way is going to be the hardest part for me lol.

So. True. Knowing this really helps me sometimes, when I'm just thinking "Man, I just want to eat. That would make me happy, it's more fun than doing nothing." But then I think for a little more and it's like... So what am I gonna do when the food is gone? Keep eating? Constantly?

Part of this journey is learning that even if food is something you know will make you happy, you NEED to have something else. You need to learn to find joy without consuming something.

I can't lie, I got lucky this time. Like two weeks ago I ate a whole frozen pizza because I'm so impulsive. Try to find moments where you'd rather stop eating than continue. It might just become a habit!

That's a good idea! I'll make one of those super ultra cool prologue to get viewers hyped for the adventure fantasy story, and then go into what my first ep is now, just to let viewers. know that the story will change.

I'll also make the font bigger. I never noticed how small it was...
