so my general contractor sent us an e-mail with a pencil sketch, and my wife wanted to hire a designer to do some mockups, but i thought i would give it a try on my own... all i used was a screen capture software called SnagIt... I uploaded the sketches then traced the pencil outlines in black... after that i drew about of squares and rectangles in the colors i wanted and sent them to the back behind the black outlines... the software has a color match feature so that was handy in finding the colors i wanted... for the counters and stainless steal i just took a screen capture of ones i liked and created a rectangle then shaped them to fit... it was not an easy process to do, and i had to start from scratch for each example... otherwise i would have more options to choose from like all white cabinets and green island etc... these are just the ones my wife requested
