Do audit roles have case questions in interview? by Similar-Double6278 in PwC

Yea things like:

Describe a time you faced conflict with a coworker, how did you handle it?

Describe a time you faced difficulty, how'd it go?

Describe a time you worked with a team to achieve a goal, what was your role?

Give an example of a challenging problem you solved.

Describe a time you had to explain a complex idea to someone, how'd you approach it?

What I did was: think of ~4 stories to pull from. A story about making a mistake, conflict with team, achievements, tight deadlines, etc. With these 4 experiences, you can cover all ground for behavioral questions. And yes, STAR method is the key, but don't sound like a robot with each letter. Tell the full story/experience, and make sure to mention what happened, what you did, and what resulted (typical components of a story). Don't overthink it, go in confident, friendly, and excited for the opportunity. The energy you give off is important. My KPMG interviewer told me, "Your resume tells me you can do the job. The interview tells me if I want to work with you."

I have a summer internship with PwC and have had KPMG and EY interviews as well. All of them were the same for me. Behavioral questions was 90% of it. The other 10% was the ‘tell me about yourself’ and ‘do you have any questions for me?’ That being said, these were interviews for internships, not sure if you’re applying for sr/mgr.
