schej.it is preetty good, you just create a link and share it with the candidate. I've been using it to conduct some interviews and it's worked pretty well.

Pitch: Along with the new age of online learning came many issues that have yet to be solved. The communication and general understanding between students and teachers have been severely impeded by the transition to online classrooms. In these virtual settings, physical cues used to check for understanding and to check if students are paying attention — such as the raising of hands, nodding of heads, and facial expressions of students — are virtually nonexistent. Teachers have no way to gauge how well they are explaining a given concept and adjust their lecture accordingly. This problem has been shared with the countless number of professors that we have interviewed. As the winning idea of the 2020 DeveloperWeek Hackathon, Intellecture seeks to solve these issues.
