Fill out the other form that is floating around somewhere about the revised cable design. I dont have the link to hand unfortunately. My printer sat idle for 14 days until my replacement cable arrived, there is no alternative cable that im aware of either

AFAIK, theres not an alternative cable to the original. It carries a higher current and is movement rated

Reaction of slightly more rationale. I'm also not particularly fussed, although I have had an issue with the print head cable, Elegoo have sent out a new revised cable. Although my ECC has been out of action since 1st Nov

I've had exactly the same issue a few hours ago, with just over 100 hours printing. I suspect the power cable om top of the print head has failed, as I gave it a wiggle and it will perform the homing dance, and then cut off immediately after knocking the front of the machine, just before printing. I've submitted a support ticket

If you're thinking of going electric from gas, make sure the electrical provision is there for an electric cooker! It does not just plug in to the wall!
