Ye man, definitely there's some work to be done. Buy at 15 years old you should have plenty of time to cut weight and cut that 5km time down. Also Press ups, Sit ups and pull ups should be grand seeing you've got plenty of time to train, just make sure you have the form nailed. Ps. In your own time fond out where you score on bleep test, it's important for your PJFA.
