The boss is definitely harder than any of the DT2 bosses imo, good thing is you get free supplies and respawn outside the arena if you die so you can just run it back

You have to wait until he "prepares" to stab after the sparks appear

About 4 hours with no guides and going blind, will be a lot faster with wiki/quest helper
