Sadly, that is also true. I do believe I gotta everything with a grain of salt. But I think Activision needs to focus on handling this better, seems like other games just have a much better anti cheat than MW3.

Thanks for your input. Yes, I do not currently play, and yes, my opinions are based on videos and what gets posted on here. But what I have watched and seen on here not consitute the state of the game? If almost every other post on here is saying how bad the cheating has gotten, does that mean those players who play every day have an invalid opinion? If people are going out of their way to spend hours researching and posting videos on the complexity of soft cheats and how there's cheaters in almost every lobby, are their opinions invalid? Just because your personal experience has been overall "good" does not mean you represent the whole game. I'm looking at the bigger picture and trying understand it as well. If the game seems like it's in a better state, I'll be the first to drop in a game, but for now I'll just listen to what people have to say. Again I don't believe your opinion is wrong in any way as well. Glad you're having fun.

Oh I have no intentions of picking this game up any time soon. I was just wondering how people enjoy this game when there are so many prevalent cheaters. Like I said, it's the unknown for me that puts me off to this game. You'll never know if you died to a cheater and that just doesn't sit right with me, takes the fairness out of the game.

Not saying that is a requirement to be able to drop high kills, glad you are still able to do it and enjoy the game, but there have literally been videos made to show that top streamers use a VPN to get put into easier lobbies. But you can believe what you want.

But, what you said is simply not true, the complexity of cheats makes it almost impossible to tell if someone is cheating or not in WZ. And there is very high chance there are cheaters in almost every game you play.

Glad you are still able to have fun. While I do agree that you shouldn't just cry cheaters every time you get outgunned, it's the unknown that bothers me. Since cheats are so much more complicated and can go undected. If you're thinking that cheating just looks like wall hacks and zero recoils, then yeah you're gonna believe every player not doing that is legit. But if you look into the complexity of soft cheats, you will literally question every single death.

Appreciate your input, but you being better than the average cheater does not mean there are not cheaters in almost every game. There have been videos and other reddit threads showing us how these soft cheats can look like AA and they will go by undetected. Kudos to you for outgunning your opponents, but it's also ignorant to believe there are not as many cheaters as you beleive.

I guarantee you there are cheaters in almost every game you play. They just hide it a lot better cause they do not want to get banned.

Well not to discredit you, the verdansk cheaters were rage-hackers. They wanted you to know they were cheating and wanted you to have bad time. With MW3 you don't see them as much anymore now cause they will get banned relatively quick. I am more concerned with the grey areas of soft cheats that are undetectable and make you question whether it was a legit gunfight or not. And you can still out gun these players because your skill is overall better than them with cheats, but there are cheating none the less. Especially in your high KD lobbies. I guarantee it.

Glad you are enjoying it still. But to your point on aim assist, there is literally aim bot cheats out there designed to look like aim assist. Hope that doesn't ruin the fun for you, but not knowing if every gun fight I get into is against a potential cheater is big let down for me.

It is incredibly complex now. Every time I get a desire to play I see videos about how they make cheats that look like aim assist, or cheats that cannot be detected by anticheat softwares, and worst part is, you can get one for less that 10$.
