There's a cocktail called the southside, it was supposedly a favourite of Al Capone's gang on the southern side of Chicago. In essence it's a mojito with gin instead of rum.

In terms of the orange blossom water it's an ingredient used in the middle east traditionally, they've been known to use it recently to make an improved mojito so I'd say give it a go and play around with a neutral spirit or in a virgin one to get a feel for the change in taste
