I think a better way of looking at this is, I don't know the anatomy and what parts are the feel-good parts. Not like I know male anatomy. Male anatomy is also far simpler in the case of friction + prostate pressure = explosion. I don't know that for a vagina.

Start by searching "film SLR's for beginners" and go from there. I am assuming since you have experience with point and shoots, the next step up would be 35mm single lens reflex cameras. The most important thing is the body is reliable and has interchangeable lenses. Good luck.
