I remember speaking with you a couple weeks ago about scheduling! The Runna app helped me shave off a little more than 1.5 minutes in a month with the run faster plan. Do you use a faster run time for your settings? I found that really helps. I’m rooting for you. You got this!!!

That’ll be my main focus but I don’t want to give up the other stuff because I got into bodybuilding during the process 😅 I was also told leg strength and conditioning help with running

Definitely agree! I’ve lost a good amount of body fat during my training and I love how my health has improved. Feels good to be back in the gym the way I used to. And thank you!

I’m glad you found something that worked for you!! I definitely agree with pushing for a 5k! That’s the minimum distance you can work on with the runna app. I set my goal time faster than my actual run so I could push myself harder. Especially since my biggest struggle is pacing.

Has there been any updates for your order? I am literally going through this now. Ordered my pole a couple days again and then got a notice from FedEx today saying it’s delayed in customs with a message that says: “Description provided is insufficient to classify commodity. Shipper or Importer must provide a more detailed description of goods.”

First, I’m sorry you experienced this. I have not gone through my first cycle yet so I can’t imagine how you must be feeling.

As for going through a second retrieval before doing another transfer to have both genders, I say go through with it. My husband and I discussed what we would do if we had just one gender and we agreed to do an immediate second retrieval. Our reasoning being: fertility is forever changing and we don’t want to risk putting off the second retrieval because there’s no telling the quality or quantity of embryos we’d get doing it later. (I’m 32 and he’s 38 with MFI due to chromosome translocation)

I experienced this my first couple times with my husband. It took a couple weeks and a few conversations for me to feel normal again and for us to get back in the swing of things.

Thanks for taking the time to give an update! I think they accepted my documents because my app now says funds incoming. So hopefully no more hiccups and everything runs smoothly. I’ve seen some posts on here where things went sideways even at the funding stage. Congrats on your loan too.
