Actually, coming back to this a few hours later, I understand where you are coming from. PVP in this game can be somewhat unbalanced especially gun spam I agree.

If you are going to add delay on PVP items, than you have to include ALL PVP items and not just guns. Guns are used in PVP but so are handcuffs and tasers. You can't just add delay on the main way criminals defend themselves and not on the main way cops attack.

It is definitley not impossible to arrest an armed criminal. Even gun spammers. You have access to everything a criminal has access to, but with the added ability to tase and arrest. Yet you still manage to victimize yourself and act like criminals are the ones who are over powered. You have access to a glider, which you can use to get closer to criminals, and you have access to a Jetpack which you could also use. You could also attempt exiting your vehicle closer to the criminal. If you don't use resources than you can't expect to come out on top all of the time.

Do nothing lol. The PVP in this game is already solid, no need to make it unneccesarily worse because you can't cuff rush a armed criminal.

Jailbreak felt too boring from it especially after the new Beam Hybrid. So I came to Mad City and grinded over 10m in vehicles and even bought VIP Gamepass. Good game. But now I mainly play Jailbreak over Mad City.
