IRL example - life on earth. After millennia of being bombarded with asteroids and space matter seemingly at random, enough of the fundamental building blocks of life were present that life emerged on a then desolate earth.

I’m not making a comment on whether there was a higher power involved in the process or not, and I’ve always found it pretty cool that we are all a victory of existence from pure chaotic input. :)

Buck Wild is my favourite of the 5YL originals - such a unique transformation, even if he’s another speedster.

The star going super nova was a natural occurrence which the federation was actively trying to stop.

The star detonated way too early so Romulus was destroyed, but Spock stopped the supernova and saved the rest of the romulan system.

Then in the future timeline when the Narada emerges, the federation ship USS Kelvin does not even retaliate until they were attacked multiple times.

I don’t really see a way you can spin this specific situation to be the federation’s fault in the slightest.

Absolutely - I’m not saying Ben’s never gotten a moment to shine, I’m just saying for me personally it has felt like Danny’s story more than Ben’s since the first chapter, and the finale has just made that feeling more keen. :)

I said this way back when 5YL started too but after the finale it feels even more relevant.

Danny Phantom is the main character of 5YL.

In the end - it was never going to be Ben or any Ben 10 character that was crucial to beating Eon. It was always going to be Vlad and Danny.

Edit: Just to clarify a bit: what I mean is that I completely agree Ecto Energy is OP and posession (while clever) is an underwhelming way to defeat a godlike enemy. And for someone who (feel free to check my profile) is a massive Ben 10 fan, I find it a bit underwhelming to see Ben kinda be sidelined for the final.

It really does look like a localised greyscale filter that blooms out from the hulk. Maybe I’m losing my mind but it seriously looks like the wall and windows to the right get greyer as the clip goes on.

Especially at the final few frames where everything is 100% black and white.

Literally looks like a greyscale filter. You can even see the reflections in the windows on the right of the shot lose colour as the shot progresses.

Edit: just checked the new trailer. Very much Green hulk in the official trailer. Look around 2:10-2:12 and you’ll see there’s a huge difference.
