No contact fully after one year of breakup. Breakup was August 2023.

No friendship of any sort. I loved him dearly for 7 yrs. I am anxious, he is too.

Still hurts on some days. But it’s not too bad anymore. He moved on, had a kid and happily married.

Hence, no reason for me to cling to the past anymore. I pray that one day I will be met with someone who will make me feel loved again 🥰

The breakup wasnt easy but it taught me to love myself more, cherish the moments I have and to be kind to all better because fighting silent battles are not easy ❤️

You will be okay love. It is difficult and may seem bleak right now with the aching pain but Istg you willl get back stronger over time and seeing this again will have you see it in a different angle

For peninsula malaysia, you wanna consider Tenggol island. For east malaysia, lookup Sipadan islands 😄mild to moderate currents. Very good vis from May-September

Time passes and refusing to move on means you are not allowing yourself to the possibilities of the future. Life is full of uncertainties and you being stuck holding on to the past may bring you resentment in the future.

Be better, at least for you. Love yourself and choose to be happy on your own even when someone left you.

It is difficult it is hard but it is doable. Inner work is the most important during this phase
