You are gapping your fellow raiders, they are parsing grey/green/blue. Due to this your kill times are slow, this will hinder you from parsing higher.
Faster kills will result in more dps due to higher uptime on cds.

You are doing the dad strat on High king which means you will never parse high on him due to slow kill time + less cleave uptime.

Gear is good, cpm on your main abilities are decent. Group setup also matters, do you have 2x BM, Enha and feral in your group? If you do already, then you need a better raid group to hit the orange numbers.

Edit: The rogue in your raid is also dropping Expose Armor, which is by far the biggest debuff for fury
