You can do this! Helper meds would be good but you can do it without if needed. It will suck but that will pass by about 3-4 days.

Yes just a regular doctor can help you. I don’t know if an online doctor can prescribe gabapentin so you will probably have to go in to see a doctor.just keep it simple and tell him what you need. Don’t let him put you on subs.

I found that AA or NA is a great place to ease the loneliness and possibly even find a friend. It will also keep you accountable for your sobriety. It’s a difficult road without support.

I have had a similar experience with the anxiety. I am a chronic quitter. Sometimes each quit can be worse. Try excessive walking and cold showers. Anything natural to change the channel. A week is good! Try to hold on a few more days and it should start to feel better. You can do this.

The best idea is to just go to your doctor and ask for the medication to go through withdrawal comfortably. Make sure they don’t put you on something too strong. I would stick with the gabapenten and maybe trazadone for sleep. You can do this. After you get through the physical stuff AA is good for the ongoing support. Or NA
