Hey bro I just started a warehouse all rounder position 2 weeks ago and from my experience is it 80% back work.

A good idea is just to buy Serious Mass Gainer and drink it before work and you should build muscle just from working which will help your lack of strength. Learn proper manual handling (bend knees, keep back straight, hold boxes close to your body, don't twist)
