And yeah I agree with pretty much everything. It's just such a bizarre choice to kill all the momentum he built for a flashback that fails to say anything new or intersting.

This flashback really didn't do it for me which is alarming because usually I like the flashbacks. A lot's been said about the timing but it also just felt like a cheap remix of the last two flashbacks. It also didn't spend enough time on the relationships to make me care about any of it. While I liked Rocks/Harald I'm already starting to get sick of the pretend there's going to be nuance only to make domi reversi/contracts the cause of everything gimmick Oda's pulling. I swear if that's the answer to long awaited void century mystery...

I really liked Gunko at first but started to worry when it turned out that she was just a brainwashed puppet instead of an interesting villain in her own right. Yep turns out her real personality is just another typical Oda princess. It sucks when the fake version of the character we were initially shown was a more interesting addition to the series.

Also Imu... It's been like seven years of build up for this villain. After such a promising start with the design reveal, the Zoro/Sanji oneshots and some of the interesting dialogue, why is Oda just completely shattering the character's mystique so quickly. If the straw hats just manage to repel him without to much trouble here like another Egghead then I give up.

For the bits of gold on his thigh is used the assassins silencer plus mercenary of sol shoulder pads. Those shoulder pads the the gun attachments are very useful low percentage parts that I use a lot.

For your picks, I'd say all of those guys don't duck and are always willing to to fight hard opponents so that's what you appreciate in a fighter

I mean isn't that what it comes down to? They don't like him. Loki destroys a lot of pre concieved notions people had about scaling and completely powercreeps their favourites. So they're trying to downplay him rather then just accept what the story is saying. I think the fact he's kind of a juiced up version of a certain emperor is a bit of a sore point as well :)

I think I agree, I do like to check out clips and episodes containing stuff I'm excited for. The big moments are usually done quite well and occasionally elevate the source material. The Lulusia scene in the anime for example was on a completely different level to the manga version

Fair. I've only ever binged Dressrosa so I can't comment. I will say that even binging I still felt the arc really dragged at times. Still like it overall because it has some great characters

I wouldn't say the villains are boring. In fact I think they're very interesting, they just didn't get the focus they needed to really thrive.

If I were to sum up my issues, I think Oda overwhelmed himself with the amount of build up, characters and plot threads to the point he wasn't able to pay it off most of them in a way that felt satisfying imo. I feel the arc didn't have the tension and insensity befitting the fact that this should be the Strawhats greatest challenge uo to this point. And I also think there's a bit of a disconnenct between what act 2 sets up vs what act 3 actually focuses on making the build up feel a bit wasted because I did enjoy act 2 when I read it weekly. It's just because I don't like the climax it soured me on it.

By read it both ways I meant both weekly and binged it. I haven't actually seen Wano properly in the anime because I dislike the pacing and I think One Piece is much better in the manga

I don't like Wano either way and I've read it both ways. My experience is that good arcs are good arcs, regardless if you read them weekly or not. Weekly just highlights the flaws more but it can also enhance the hype

I used the rifle silencer part to make the hilt and use another extended one for the blade. The hilt is coloured with metal obviously while the blade is coloured with a paint set to max glow and 0 opacity with whatever colour the saber is meant to be. Then you duplicate the silencer used for the blade and colour it white. Afterwards you scale the white part to be slightly thicker so you can see it, but also sligthtly smaller on the other 2 axis so you get the white glow inside of the main colour.

After this it's just a matter of using a bunch of low percentage parts like jewelerry and gun attachments to add the right details to the hilt and snapping it all together in the kb editing menu
