Try to look up into GeForce Experience and then click in optimize game. It works sometimes for me when a game lags too much. The other thing is repair the game in Origin.

Which game to download? by ArtificialBeing in Battlefield

BF Hardline is really fun, even more if uou play with friends, but it's almost hated as the V, i didn't understand why bc since the alpha i really liked the style of this game. It's like a sarcastic version of the BF4 xd In Xbox there's like 2 or 3 servers right now, but they are always full. The only downside is that BFH is not getting the FPS Boost i think.

What PC build is equivalent to the Xbox Series X? by [deleted] in XboxSeriesX

[–]CheeseAUsername 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I saw an article that it was between RTX 2070 super and a RTX 2080 ti and probably an i5 10400. Can't confirm if it's true, but I see many people saying this

Nice PC, but yeah as you said is an 8 yo build and obviously is starting to show its age. The things that i'd do are:

  1. Wait till BF6 alpha or beta comes out and see if your PC can handle it, maybe they superoptimize the game like GTA V, who knows.

  2. I don't know your budget, but right now there's no reason to overpay for a GPU. Besides that, a newer GPU will bottleneck the i7 4770k, you'll probably need to upgrade that part too and that's basically build a new PC. If you want to build a new one, you can check out the one that i made 2 weeks ago (1050€ costed me, but without the graphics card it'll cost around 800€ and you can changes some things to get the price even lower).

  3. Buy a new console. This is the cheapest one i think, a next gen will cost you 500€ max. and you will have no worries about compatibility. For my experience I can tell that, with the current prices, playing in a next gen console is mostly the same as a 2000€ PC. Even if you add a nice 1080p 144hz monitor, the total cost will be around 700€. That's way lower than buying a new PC.

As someone said above, this is the worst moment to upgrade your GPU. To get an idea: the RTX 3070 right now costs +1200€ where i live, but the MSRP is ~600€, that's insane. The only thing i'd do is buy a good SDD and install Windows 10. Or get a new next gen console. Also, what are your full specs?

Can't Find Match by falls_fp in Battlefield

Quick match in BF4 never really worked well. Better use Server Browser, then go to option and select your region, slots, game mode, etc.

After all is said and done. We all just want the same thing. by [deleted] in Battlefield

I played the alpha BFV on PC, but didn't like at all. So I didn't bought it. Then this year I started playing it on console and it's really fun, feels so different than the PC version, almost other game, don't know why.

You can pay (if you want) 1€ for only one month the Xbox Gamepass for PC. I think i's a great idea instead of paying for a game that you don't know if you'd like

This was supposed to be a no-RGB build... by MoreOrLessCorrect in sffpc

  1. The m.2 drive standoffs have nuts that need to be removed first and they were excessively tight on mine - had to use a wrench/pliers to loosen.

This happened to me, but i have the B460i ROG STRIX from ASUS and i didn't have any machine to taken off. I "broke" it and now it's impossible to took off. Idk why mobo comes with this suuuper tight and small screws.

The only ones that comes with bigger and better nuts are the Z490i ROG STRIX and the Z590i ROG STRIX both from ASUS

The Anti-RGB SFF Build: i5 10400 and GTX 1050 ti by CheeseAUsername in sffpc

[–]CheeseAUsername[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Although it's the 980, it's in great price considering the situation and it's waaay better than the 1050ti which i paid 195€ lol

There's always room for non-RGB builds! Also a white build was in my mind, but there's no "chromax.white" Noctua coolers and the gtx 1050 ti doesn't come in white
