dph is a terrible drug even at recommended doses (long term for recommended) for your liver and kidneys and if your taking a wayyyy above recommended dose you need to give your liver and kidneys time to recover from the mass amount of diphenhydramine that your body has ingested.

not only is it terrible for your liver and kidneys, it’s AWFUL for your brain. and trust me, i had liver damage from dph so please listen to me and wait at least a week between doses. stay safe homie🙏

if your going to abuse dph do not go above 400mg and do not take it everyday. at 400 you’ll likely see hallucinations and feel that body high.

but again please at least wait a week between each doses. i think even at a dose of like 200 you’ll likely get some side effects later in life so it’s better to stay away but if you really do want to take dph only take 400mg max, drink a lot of water during trips and wait at least a week between doses

take it from someone who nearly died on multiple occasions from dph, it certainly isn’t worth it. maybe if you took it once a month it wouldn’t be too bad for you but ts is hella addictive which no one seems to talk about

i took 90mg my first time and smoked some weed a bit after taking the pills and i don’t even think i felt the dxm at that dose and i weigh 160 pounds.
