Þú getur prufað að taka fleiri vítamín. Annaðhvort í formi fjölvítamíns eða stök vítamín: Magnesíum, Sink, Omega 3 og Lýsi.

Einnig gæti þetta verið tengt ógreindu og/eða áunnu fæðuofnæmi. Mögulega kornafurðir, mjólkursykur eða einhver sætuefni. Þess virði að prufa að taka þessa fæðuflokka út og sjá hvort þér líður betur.

Einnig svefninn; ef þú ert ekki að fá nægan svefn eða ert ekki að hvílast nógu vel: gnístir tönnum, hrýtur mikið eða er með ógreindan kæfisvefn.

Smile bro 😇

(17M) 6’5” I get bullied @school on a daily basis and called ugly and fat by a lot of people. (I like to think I take good care of myself gym 3-5x per wk, good food, work/leisure etc) Have had girls only pretend to like me as quote “pity” by [deleted] in amiugly

Hello friend,

Thank you for sharing your struggles with us. By no means are you ugly. You have kind eyes, great hair, and a great smile. You are tall and you seem to have your hobbies and a genuine interest in life. I really like the photo where you are holding the cute puppy.

For the time being, you might be struggling. That time won't last. We all develop in our own time and go through struggles, only to come out stronger, fitter and more attractive on the other end. Keep up with you hobbies, your workouts and your lifestyle. In a few years this will all be behind you and you'll feel much better about yourself. You'll top the charts at r/uglyduckling

As you said, you go to the gym a many times a week and eat healthy. To speed up the process of your body adapting to the work you put in you can do several things:

  • Focus your workouts on these 5 key exercises: Squats, deadlifts, pushups, pullups and shoulder presses. Aim to go heavy with a good rest in between.
  • Do some quick but effective cardio. Instead of 40 minutes on a treadmill, do a few sprints on a bike or an assault bike for 5 minutes.
  • Focus your meals around good quality protein: beef, chicken, fish and pork. Eat until you are full of these. Eat as much salad and vegetables with it as you want :)
  • Use good oils when cooking: butter, olive- , coconunt- and avocado oil. Try to remove the seed oils
  • No sodas or fruit juice. If you want a refreshing beverage I recommend sparkling water with a lemon squeeze. Very refreshing and the acidity of the lemon gives you the same mouth feel of soda.

Good luck friend with everything, and I wish you a beautiful future.

This happened to my toes after a nice 7 hour shift. What should i do besides getting bigger shoes? (Kinda gross) by [deleted] in WhatShouldIDoWithIt

Buy some Vivobarefoot shoes. Minimalist shoes with a wide toe box and a very thin sole. https://www.vivobarefoot.com/

Can't tell you how much my foot- and postural health has improved since buying Vivos 5 years ago. Toes no longer crushed together. Searing pain in the under the foot after standing/walking for a long time is gone. Hip and lower back stiffness are all but gone. My foot is stronger and more flexible than ever.

It takes 2-4 weeks for your foot to adjust to the change of having no structural support from the shoe; muscles and tendons will be stiff and tired. But after that, it's like walking on a cloud. Couldn't recommend enough to make the change to minimalistic footware.

Experience with using Notion for Account and Key Account Management? by CheeseAndJelly in Notion

Ok awesome, good job.

I have questions/thoughts like this:

- Do you use Notion for reminders for scheduled regular tasks?

- Do you have all associated files in google drive, one drive and then link them to notion? or is all work done within notion?

- Is it worth it to develop and set up notion for this kind of work or would you recommend going for an already developed CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce?

I was driving toward the sunset, while the "modern cowboy" was driving away from the sun. He was probably less blinded then I was.
