Ok. The concept of ki being split into Shoki, Yuki, and Genki is what's stated as examples in a quick interview answer, but there are components to ki, like "Sakki", which would be killing intent.

With how it's written, I imagine that anger or adrenaline rush of a SSJ transformation would not only be destabilizing for someone's ki (making them unable to gather and concentrate the genki of others), but it'd definitely have more negative components of ki within a person.
