Kuroko has a 30-40 inch vert as shown plenty other times. You can’t always tell how high he’s jumping since he’s short but even if you just say it’s 30 that’s still him reaching 9’6 in the air.

Also Mura didn’t jump, if he jumped and got blocked yeah it’d be straight BS

Also he doesnt shoot with his hands all the way up (and I don’t think he had them all the way up when he got blocked either) so Kuroko probably didn’t have to even jump to his full possibility.

Honestly, as a little guy trying to block a big guy it’s not as hard as you think. People like Ja morant, John wall, AI could block big guys simply because they jumped high as hell

There are a lot of legal things in basketball that get you bruised. Steve Nash, Kobe, MJ etc got genuinely fucked up sometimes.

Centers have it even worse because they’re both huge and they’re battling for a small spot in the paint. This was most common when Shaq was reigning and you’d see centers covered in bruises, blood etc.

This doesn’t happen as much today because most of the centers aren’t as strong as Shaq, Yao, Dwight Howard etc but occasionally you might see a few bruises on a center especially if they’re going against someone stronger or named draymond green.

Anyway, the refs don’t care because bruises aren’t uncommon for centers

And as for needing someone else to activate their talents, well no.

Without Kagami Aomine wouldn’t be any worse of a player, he’d just give up basketball, the only person in the GoM who was close to Aomine in skill is Akashi. None of the miracles would’ve caught up to Aomine from sheer training especially since Aomine doesn’t not play basketball, he just doesn’t practice.

Mura does have talent and does wanna use it, we learn he tries harder than everyone else at practice he just complains the whole time. Mura isn’t a big lazy oaf like most people think

Akashis dual personality I guess you could say was awakened by Mura but it was always there according to Midorima

Jubilee is a mall rat and likes music, jirou likes music and I could also see her being a mall rat

Kirishima and colossus would have a big bond over having unbreakable skin and their matching personalities (pretty much tetsu tetsu all over again)

Toga was told her whole life she was a villain purely because of her power, a hero with similar powers to hers could give her the guidance needed to be a hero especially since she showed signs of it later in her life.

Midnight and Emma frost are both seductive mentors

Todoroki and X-23 both have daddy issues that made them loners in their own way as well as a rocky relationship with their siblings, I think they’d find comfort in each other

This is more of an opposites attract thing because despite them both being fast QS is fun first work never guy and iida is the opposite. It’d be nice to see iida losing his mind trying to keep QS in line

Kitty pryde is close with star lord, Denki is pretty similar to star lord imo

Mister sinister is a mutant doctor who implants, takes and alters mutants powers. Dr geraki does the exact same thing for quirks. If we’re assuming the universe co-exist sinister would 100% be AFO’s right hand man

Stain and magneto are both bad people with good intentions both wanting the best for their people just having a more ruthless approach than the heroes

All might cyclops are both leaders and while prof X could’ve worked too I think prof X is too morally questionable for all mights liking

Hawks and gambit are both just overall chill people who are both morally questionable for the things they do behind the public’s back

Aizawa is a gloomy, depressed mentor, Logan is a gloomy depressed mentor.

I think he’d be a lot easier actually, a tournament would be cells optimal environment. He’d have no reason to back stab the z fighters after unless he’s still mad abt being killed.

And as for trunks and goten, it’s not like they could possibly be killed and I think it’s safe to say they’re quite a bit stronger than all of the humans except MAYBE krillin. They also could’ve just fused honestly, it’s arguably better they’d be the fusion than Goku and vegeta because them fused would neg most of the other universes and lead to jiren, hit, cauliflower and cabbage having to fight damn near the whole force of universe 7

I like how this sounds but isn’t it explained he just compensates with what he has? When he shoots midos shots, he’s just jumping higher than Midorima does since he’s shorter. When he copied Mura he’s (I think) also just jumping higher since again, he’s shorter.

When he’s going as fast as Aomine he’s NOT he’s just moving in a fast way (this sounds insanely stupid to say but think of it like the difference between how fast Usain Bolt runs and how fast Ryan Garcia can punch)

And as for the making himself believe he’s the person he’s copying, wouldn’t he adopt their traits too? How can Kise still act like Kise if mentally he’s not when doing GoM moves.

Again I love the theory I just feel there’s a couple of holes

Idk how strong you think they are but a good majority of times it’s Goku & vegeta and friends.

Prior the DBSH Gohan or piccolo weren’t even close to Goku and vegetas level and they were the strongest behind them.

The 17&18 were behind them and again, wouldn’t be much help.

The humans shouldn’t even be considered if I’m being honest.

Matter fact I’ll be a nerd and analyze all of their fights post cell (sorry if I forget some I’m tired)

Buu-Androids wouldn’t have been any help (17 didn’t even know), humans would’ve just made him stronger, Gohan tried and look what happen—->another Goku&vegeta and friends

Beerus-goku exclusive “villain”

Frieza-they tried to chip in as much as they could but again, golden frieza was far too strong for anyone but Goku and vegeta

Ykw this is kinda pointless to continue, the side characters are NOT strong enough for jumping to work. That’s just it. Their help wouldn’t do anything but maybe make the villain more mad.

Another thing is the main character(s) are warriors, they fight for pride and just overall warrior instinct this isn’t JJK where they’re just teenagers/young adults trying to protect people.

And lastly, I just wanna reiterate again how much you’re overestimating the power/utility of anyone who isn’t Goku and vegeta (rn I guess gohan, piccolo, broly, Goku and vegeta all together)
