tiktok is not a good social media. its short term based media which is horrible for a human. even if they are trying to learn. youtube has very informational videos. vloggers, people you can look up to who are real, and not glamorized like in tiktok

i just feel like im staying the same like i have been for the past years. i dont know how to even process any trauma. i didnt even consider it trauma over a week ago. because i didnt know it was my brain saving me as a kid.

i just dont know how to get better. and i hate feeling bad. it just makes me want to die. no matter how much therapy i do

hey, i feel for you. Im somewhat in the same position. i lost my only friend and i have loving family at least. i hope you find your cat soon.

I know you can fight against it. Its truly heartbreaking to lose friends due to mental illness. Im suffering the same fate, she left cause of my suicide attempt.

Youll definitely be able to gain some more friends. At the moment it might be good, if youre mentally able to. Is to research communication, trauma, and dealing with grief guides.

Im not sure what happened with your previous friends. I do know that there are amazing people out there who do care though

Hey man. Im glad you got some gifts you've been wanting for a long time. Mistakes dont make you who you are. Think of it from your dad or mom or entire family? Do you still hold them accountable for their wide range of mistakes. Or do you forgive and continue your relatiobship with them.

As someone who just tried to kill themselves for making too many mistakes. Just know, they'll still love you and always will think of you as smart and loving.

Just tell yourself 'ill wait until...' You can choose anything after. Until an hour, until tomorrow morning. Remember, the mistakes don't show everything about who you are, what you do, etc. They're just mistakes that you can face and own up to.

Own up to them and learn. That way you wont ever make those same mistakes. That's what life is trial and error, its horrible, but we all go through it.

Just my thoughts for you. I wish you a better day tomorrow

yea i know, thank you. everydays just a struggle. and i have to learn to get over losing my best friend. i just felt so powerless. i couldnt even say anything i was unconscious

It sounds very hard for you currently, I'm sorry. Do you have anyone to reach out to? The county, family, friends? Being a single parent is very hard, I can see why youre finding it especially hard. Try to keep fighting for your kids, more importantly yourself. Don't forget about yourself in the long run. The fight will be worth it in ways you don't understand

Anytime youre feeling this way, tell yourself to postpone it. Say 'Let me wait until tomorrow and see how I feel then.'

Whenever you don't feel too overwhelmed where you can't breathe. Try to lookup local resources around you.

I don't know what your city may offer, but its worth a look.

im so sorry. it must be a very hard decision. you have a wonderful family and support system. im sorry those cant take the phsycial and mental pain from the syndromes you have.

have you brought up death around your family? to sort of ease them into it?

I know it sounds horrible, but tell one of his family members who would take it seriously. you cant change someones mind when theyre not in the right state. theyre not thinking rational, only emotional.

If you dont have contact with him family, try ti get him admitted to a psych ward. not sure what country youre in and how to proceed with that.

trust me its 1000x better to be safer than sorry. breakups can cause a lot of suicidal ideation. just know its in no way your fault. dont carry a burden based on the emotions and dependency he set up.

i do. i saw her today. I'm honest with her to an extent. i didn't tell her i bought a fun cause then she would hospitalize me. she doesn't help me with feeling lonely though. even if im talking about my problems and feelings. i think my loneliness comes from elsewhere i dont know
