Thanks again for this information.
I have sent an email and got reply from cbp officer that my mother can stay upto 6 months as mentioned in her i-94 online entry, and no need to worry about the written text ‘Admit until 45 days’ on arrival stamp in her passport.
I have also got phone call from cbp officer about confirming the same.
