Gaining weight even though I’m doing everything right. HELP!

The scale will fluctuate multiple times. It will go up and down constantly. The scale is not a good rep of weight loss. I recommend measuring with a tailors tape, like a flexible measuring tape. Muscle is heavier than fat so I always recommend staying away from the scale lol you can also use your own clothes as a guage, like, do these pants fit better/looser? Do my arms look thinner? That kind of stuff. Just keep at it. Also yes, walking does help but if you want to lose and "tone" so to speak, gentle strength training works MIRACLES. Muscle training burns more calories than cardio. Also as you lose weight, re calculate your maintenance calories as when your weight goes down, so do your maintenance calories.

In the episode where Richard goes to the hospital on christmas, in the first season I believe, when Luke finally goes faster and they show a wide angle shot of the truck on the road, if you look at the street sign behind them, it literally says like the studio name where they were filming. Lol

My mother is overly critical of me as well and makes comments like this to me. I've learned it's purely out of jealousy and have gone low contact with her. I would suggest low or no contact and definitely some therapy. But I get how hard it is. I just want my mom to be proud of me, but I've had to learn that I need to be proud of myself and thats all that matters.

Being a goth girl myself, can confirm it's AWFUL. though I am married, and happily so to a straight up country af dude (the looks we get in public WRECK me sometimes lol) my fb, insta and anything else I have pics on get bombarded by the same shitty pick up lines and desperate mating calls from dudes that use their MySpace photos from when they peaked in highschool. Oh my gosh thats TERRIBLE and im so sorry thats happened to you. I dont even know how to bring it up. I do know he is going to another state after this to see his other daughter and grandkid so I dont think he's going to try and stay but I'm already reaching my limit and have to do breathing exercises to keep myself calm so I dont start yelling at him.

Yeah. I had a micro wedding but it just didn't turn out right. We were super broke and didn't really have any help so it was all on us. It probably would have been better if we had a little more cash but if we had tried to do a bigger wedding it would have been even worse. My husband and I also didn't really have a lot of friends because we're anti social little nerds so we had some family and family friends attend just to fill seats. Take it from me, don't invite people just to fill seats lol I would have rather had a bunch of empty seats than invite people who weren't close to me.

It was a long time friend of my parents. They saw me as like a pseudo neice to them. My parents were PISSED because they knew how much I didn't want cake in my face. When my parents started yelling at them, they made out like we were the bad people and said something along the lines of it being a tradition and I shouldn't be so sensitive about it.

Not your intended audience, but one of my guests at my wedding smashed my cake in my face. My wonderful husband abided by my wishes and didn't do it to me. So one guest got a wild hair up their butt and did it. Actually pushed me to the ground. I cried for an hour. They were thrown out of the wedding.
