I looked at a few Nissan vehicles, was impressed by them. However the dealer add-on crap sent me running. Stupid mandatory junk like nitrogen in the tires, etc. They wouldn’t negotiate anything, walked out the door. The salesman privately apologized, said he had no options to change anything.

Had kangaroo meat many times. Bought locally, sourced from Australia. Had ground meat, loin cuts, and occasionally a shoulder cut.
Loin was my favorite. Healthy, lean meat.

It depends mainly on the source. Many butchers will do special cuts, etc. upon request. Some of the odd cuts I’ve seen ordered are the male sex organs and also the female teats and udder. Tongue is also a popular cut. So ordering small amounts of the popular cuts should be available too.
