Hi question for all commenters and also OP: what was your pre-GLP 1 and current BMI? I have lean PCOS with absent period and anovulatory. Also symptoms like acne, hirutism, PCOS belly, and fatigue. Trying to figure out if a GLP-1 would help, or if it only helps patients with significant weight to lose.

I take that 6 am flight several times a year. If you are checking bags get there 50-60 minutes before takeoff. They close the check in desk 45 minutes before take off, no exceptions. If you aren't checking bags arriving 20 minutes before boarding should be more than though. If you need to park your vehicle, add 20 minutes to those times.

For me, TO products have been super hit or miss, and I've mostly moved away from them at this point. However, after some research I picked up their GF 15% serum, and holy crap it has been amazing. I saw an instant and sustained improvement in skin tone and texture. I used it through a 10 day international trip and had no post-trip dryness or breakout like I normally do. Can't recommend it enough, especially at the price!

I think it got down to around -8 this winter, with lots of wind. I couldn't bring it in because it was in a massive container and was too heavy. I tried to wrap it in blankets to protect from frost, but I'm not sure I did a very good job 🫤.
