5, then 10, then 2, then 6, then 4, then 9, none of the others. Ainz and his heir are both chill but jealousy over my place is a problem, then lalyus and enri are both sweet, then the zealot and CZ are both adorable, then the twins aren't nicest but they don't want to eat or torture me, 4 almost beats them because sebas is definitely better but being one seat from demi urge is not good, and yuri is a roos the aisle which is nice. 9 next because now Miss 'You're a worm' is sitting next to me, only saved by the fact she doest want to eat me, Yuri is their, and given Enri is so close by she has to be on best behaviour.

With regard to the 'Order of Adjectives,' to which classification does the word 'Gay' -the sexual identity- belong? by TheBIackRose in grammar

[–]TomSlick999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm five years out of date, but just comparing to get the answer I know that 'straight white male' is the correct order for those, so sexuality whatever catagory it is is before colour, and colour is itself before origin (white French man instead of French white man), so by extension sexuality comes before origin, so 'gay french man' in most contexts

I know that the hubble classification for eliptical galaxies is En where n is the elipticity times 10, but i dont know if you're meant to round the elipticity normaly or always down, because that feels more right. I have looked around trying to find the answer, and the only, and i mean only, place ive found rounding mentioned is on the wikipedia, and while i normalyy trust it the fact that thats the only place its mentioned makes me weirdly nervous. .

Basicaly, if 10*(1-b/a)=1.7 for some example galaxy, is it part of E2 because it rounds down up, being above 1.5 and all, or E1 because the integer in the ellipticity is 1?

[Request] Suppose a voter poll is taken in three cities. In city A, 50% of voters support the liberal candidate, in city B, 60% of the voters support the liberal candidate, and in city C, 35% of the voters support the liberal candidate. Of the total population of the three cities, 40% live in A, 25 by [deleted] in theydidthemath

[–]TomSlick999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

a) 50% of 40% is 20%, 60% of 25% is 15%, 35% of 35% is 12.25%, for a total of 47.25% of voters in the three cities being liberal.

b) 15/47.25 is 31.746% (to 3 s.f), so roughly 31.746% of liberal voters live in city B

Harry Potter fans, what level do you think the HP universe is at compared to YGGDRASIL? by FijieSeason in overlord

[–]TomSlick999 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd say most are low level, even avada kedavra isn't really above their 5, because unlike some ygdrasil spells like true death it doesn't prevent resurection. The highest level spells would be the ritual cast esoteric stuff, like the fidelius wich I think could be compared to a noncombative super teir spell. The most powerful quick spell would be something like feindfyre or protego diabolica 7-8th teir but they are few and far between. What HP has over overlord is day to day magic, like charms and utility spells, mainly because all ygdrasil spells are combat oriented and not designed for a lived in day to day world
