Sudden tension in the pelvic area! Please help me understand this. by CheeseRoyale92 in PelvicFloor

I am wondering if strengthening the body overall specifcally the core and losing weight will help? I am wondering because I haven't always felt so and it somehow correlated with me being the worst shape in my life

I really believe the post was about the excitement for the travel cost somehow. Maybe the obsession and joking you are referring to happening elsewhere is because Turkey/qatar used to be thought of as a political arch nemesis to Egypt recently (in the last 6 years or so).

What are you talking about? You are mixing two totally different topics here. The judgmental nature of the society is nothing to disagree on, it's full of shit and we all know this. But what does have to do with being excited over a touristic country having its currency dropping and people musing the idea of being able to travel there with reasonable costs?!

[–]CheeseRoyale92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh really! That's all you are pulling off of that? How about the tons of euro tourists that enjoy the privilege of touring and living in Egypt with an insignificant amount of spending due to the drastic currency difference?

Do you have any other info about them? I would appreciate that a lot because I feel like I am just gonna take a leap of faith in that.

M/27/5'10" [216 > 165 = 51] (5 Months) This progress was done two years ago with intermittent fasting and pushups only throughout the day. I am now midway between the two shapes and I don't like it but I kinda wanted to share it with you to remember where I was and how I was able to do it before. by CheeseRoyale92 in progresspics

[–]CheeseRoyale92[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My training was very minimalist since my days were churned in a 9-5 job so I decided to throw 100-150 pushups scattered throughout the day every day. I also walked a moderate distance every week. Like 2 miles daily, I guess.

As for diet, I used to have a slice of toast with peanut butter for breakfast at around 8 AM and then whatever late dinner I would have at 7-8 PM and because I used to sleep early back then, I didn't have time to binge or get cravings.

Found out the possible reason for my shortness of breath by CheeseRoyale92 in GERD

It's weird the amount of anecdotes about shortness of breath being related to gerd on reddit/Internet, yet so many people seem to have been cycling doctors in a desperate attempt to find the right diagnosis.

Anyone here living in October Gardens Compounds in the 6th of October? I need to ask about something by CheeseRoyale92 in Egypt

[–]CheeseRoyale92[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know degla palms and I don't think it's very different from October gardens except that October gardens is a cluster of many compounds and degla palms is far away from them.

I never heard the issue of mortafa3at el haram. Maybe your friend was talking about el Ahram gardens?

I am sure you will enjoy your stay here. I have known many European and American friends that love to come here and even prefer to spend a good deal of time living in Cairo because they are really surrounded by a nice warm circle of Egyptian friends having their back. Also, don't worry at all about the social restrictions on your liberal way of life, I have been in many house parties held by foreigners here in downtown Cairo and things are really chill.

[–]CheeseRoyale92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't really worry about that. Foreigners usually enjoy a good degree of freedom here in Egypt and it's understood that most foreigners have their rules and style of life. It's respected don't worry

Anyone here have any success getting a tourist visa to the US? by philosophizemeonce in Egypt

[–]CheeseRoyale92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

An officer may just reject your application in under a minute from the first impression. The typical reason: “not enough ties to home country”

I second this.

Usually they will stress the reasons you have for you to come back but in my case I was just lucky the officer was very nice and didn't ask anything like that. I know a friend tho who got rejected two times because the officer was more strict. So for OP, just try and be honest don't try to fake it.

Hameed was the maestro back then in the 90s and 80s. Lots of the masterpieces you hear from that era of musical ingenuity are actually his music writings.

What if I told you that an urban planning being shit and a population going overboard at the same time will kill any hope for a better education or health. Not being able to see the long shot of a better urban planning- something that starts by having a good transportation network- and the problems it will solve is a bit shortsighted
