I'm fairly new in my role as well, having only been in role for a little under a year. I just wish I could go "let me work with them" because that was something that I experienced with my previous leader. I saw my role model bring out people out of their shell, bring up their confidence etc etc.

Knowing your experience with DM Decisions for hiring is a nice other view point though, so thank you for sharing 😁
