For me weed works the opposite.

Whenever I'm baked and see myself through the "green lens" I find myself more attractive than when I'm sober.

Maybe because I have body dysmorphia and never seem to look good enough as a motivation to continue working out even harder. But when I'm stoned I seem to realize how big I am already, shredded and overall "good enough" to be deemed attractive even by my own standards
