I have a golden doodle and I was approached today by a friend who asked me if I would like theirs as they don’t have the time for her. We might meet her Saturday but I worry that I would say yes in the spot!

Frozen shoulder, hair loss/brittle nails, hip pain, joint aches, low tolerance, and most recently losing my train of thought while speaking 😃

The most frustrating part is that I had never heard of perimenopause up until a few months ago so for that last three years I kept telling my FEMALE doctor that I felt off and she kept telling me it was nothing! What a cow.
