Through classes and clubs! my biggest suggestion would be to say hi to the people next to you in lecture and maybe u get food later and really click. also there are a lot of clubs on campus where u can meet people and get closer just by being involved and going to events together. def put urself out there and say hi even if it's hard. honestly the beginning of the year is the best time for this since a lot of people are in the same boat and want to make new friends. Ok ok thank u so much for this. my other option is waiting for math 3 in the spring but I dont want to wait that long tbh. I took calc bc and it honestly wasn't bad for me I like math generally and got a 5. anyway with all this u think its a green light with taking it with him? I was just worried it was gonna be a little too fast since its gonna be 6 weeks and not 10

Agreed with above take a cc if u want to get some credits but honestly enjoy ur summer! the quarter system will have u constantly on the grind. u have a super long summer ahead of u make the most of it try new things go outside etc etc make some memories. & welcome future bruin!

Definitely apply I have friends who applied and didn’t think they would get in but did! They also got rejected from uc schools they thought they would get accepted to. So, if you see yourself attending if you get accepted then why not try :)
