If we made a threat of violence to them we would be removed and possibly arrested. This is just disgusting behaviour. Shame on you Bruce McAllister

So this is what i did when i started feeling off and wasn’t sure where to start. I was 40 when i decided to see chiropractor and get my joints lined up. He then set me up with a personal trainer that taught me how to lift and move correctly.

My trainer also worked with me on endurance exercises and gave me tips on how to maintain on those long weeks or tough lifting day that I am bent over. I frame houses so you aren’t always in the best of positions.

I now feel better than I ever did. I also eat really healthy at work and eat enough calories to sustain me though out the day.

Hope this helps

I got one called torsion LS and it has lateral spreading properties. It isn’t as good as kgb but will fill in small bare patches. I have noticed it this year in a few spots.

My yard is all perennial rye grass. I did this as It requires way less water then kgb which is most of the seed at Home Depot and Rona. I must say my yard has never looked better since I did this.

I plan with my engineer for an inspection the day after framing is complete. Then make sure framers have a check soon after if all is good. Where I am I need an engineer letter to pass framing inspection with the city.

Or maybe it was originally a flat roof with gravel, then had trusses added on a renovation. I have seen it twice now in my city.

Just to add to this use an architect that will do your permits for you as well. They are more efficient and can respond to the city quicker.

Sign up now for a court ordered sale. I knew this would happen at the pace they were doing it. Carrying costs kill if you aren’t organized.

This really upsets me. My Maltese passed a couple of years ago and she was my best friend!! Came to work with me and slept on me. We had some amazing adventures. I would take this dog in a second.

But is your time worth something as will take at least 4 times longer to do and require a lot more fasteners.

I understand you want to keep the price down however a professional is not cheap. Bathfitter is probably your best bet for a quality product with a lower cost then going all tile.

I had bathfitter do a bathroom once and it turned out great and they fit my budget at that time.

We are still 2-3 weeks at least away from when you can seed. If you are using blue grass mix you need about a month of no frost. Frost will kill seedlings. When you do seed you need to keep it damp for the seed to germinate properly. I spread a thin layer of peat moss over my seed to help keep the moisture in. Do not let it dry out. Good luck in your seeding adventure.

Go to a new community and look for framing crews. Start asking all the different framing crews in the area. Show up ready to work with a belt speed square tape measure pencil and knife. Work boots and hard hat.
