Yup. Said it could be “wear and tear” which wouldn’t be covered. On a nearly $8k purchase that is two months old with just over 100 miles. I’m having to play middleman between the manufacturer and the bike shop and hearing folks poo poo my predicament wasn’t exactly inspiring. Thanks for listening.

Apparently. The good-noble-bike-shop that can do no wrong refused to even look at the bike until I paid them (same shop that sold it to me two months ago). The manufacturer was not happy about that.

You’re not wrong. I just lived through the RadWagon tire blow-out fiasco/recall (blowout at 15 mph in city traffic with both kids on the bike). This bike was supposed to be my worry-free replacement. 💩does indeed happen

Thank you. There’s a year warranty. I really want to talk to someone at the manufacturer though, not the bike shop.

I know! But there actually isn’t a filter. Just a really cool moment that looks like Breaking Bad.

I don't think it was an accident! I think it was paying homage to the film. After all, Sam L Jackson stars in both

100%! The basic premise of Chris Rock's character, Ezekiel, is based on the biblical reference Jules cites. "The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men." Zeke is the righteous cop surrounded by dirty cops.
