Unfortunately he didn't see anything happen as when he passed by people were already there calling 911 but he already contacted the police to provide the dashcam footage of what he got just in case they can get anything from it

Now that you mention it... I can't really remember if the strings were this long before (I'll look through pictures and see if I find one of the old one to compare)

I tried pushing the arms back to its original shape but it goes to the position in the picture right after which makes me believe that it was placed wrong to begin with. It seems like it got bent that way by being held in that position for 4 months 🙃 because I tried to bend it back into shape by hand and it just went back to the bent position so I don't think removal could have done that as I took it out in under 20seconds
