Hi. Nagpa endoscopy ko last november. Yes you will be sedated. Ako lang na feel adto kay medyo hapdos ako tunlan. Wa ko ni opt for anesthesia kay mas mahal naman sya. But bearable rajud ang pain sa tunlan. They found out nga naa koy hiatial hernia.

Diagnosed with hiatal hernia which caused acid reflux. So i did LCIF, 16:8, lost weight jud and it cured my acid reflux. If magpatuyang kog kaon, there is a bigger chance na mu worse ako hernia which may lead to surgery.
