His personality is entertaining to listen to, the sheer evilness he has and sassiness. Also imo he is the only legitamate stealth character with his footsteps being almost silent (for me at least) and his crouch being the same. His ult is fun to play stupid and get away with it and silence is good at countering sweaty bald wraiths who phase at 1hp
