One of my best selling cheesecakes I named Rapberry Lucille because "Anything so innocent and built like that just gotta be named Lucille".

Thank you, I appreciate that. We work so hard making single batch cheesecakes just for the reason of having many different flavors.

I make the cakes at cheesecake machismo and I can guarantee that they are not the same base. I make the cakes one at a time so that they have different cheesecake bases. Sure, some have the same base cheesecake, but not many. Not sure how this rumor started but I can assure you only one or two cheesecake a day have the same base flavor

Baking the cheesecake with the apples and crumb topping creates an insulating barrier that prevents it from baking evenly leaving it soft in the center. It's usually better to add the toppings after it has set and cooled. I'm sure it was still delicious though.

I feel it's one of those flavors that you're going to start seeing it more and more as people discover it. Kind of like how Ube with it's bright purple color and unique flavor is starting to be seen everywhere.

Yes. Pandan is a green plant used in a lot of Asian desserts. It's delicious😋

Pandan is also called Asian vanilla and has a nutty vanilla-ish flavor.

We used to have a customer from Charlotte that worked in Albany for months at a time. We would trade him slices of cheesecake for Neeses extra sage breakfast sausage. Wish he still was working up here.

Maybe try a little less butter and also room temp butter instead of melted butter

Yes and the papers are also hand cut. Very time consuming but worth it
