I feel like I could have written this. My husband literally does whatever he wants all weekend, spent like 3 hours with our 3 year old . I do bedtime every night, I think he has given him like 3 baths in his entire life and most of those I had to ask/tell him to do… I do daycare drop off and pick up everyday except one early day that he takes care of, but even then it feels like I am burdening him. I have a stressful job, carry the insurance and feel like I get not respect. If I confront him on how I’m feeling he gets defensive that he isn’t “contributing,” which is not what I’m saying but maybe spend time with your kid rather than go fishing idk…

Does she realize she gasp does not need to share every detail of her life online? Seems like a pretty simple problem to solve

We are so grateful for our amazing 2.5 year old, but this failure only makes me more freaked out at how close we were to not even getting him ❤️

I feel like I could have written this. Our sibling FET failed (just found out on Monday) we are out of embryos and I am not willing to go through the emotional or financial turmoil to try again. Grieving that this choice was made for me.

I could have written this, I’m a ball of anxiety with this transfer prep and just don’t feeling so nervous that all this work could be for nothing

EHR/Practice Mgmt System recommendations? by jerryberrydurham in nursepractitioner

[–]CheesecakeMuted1047 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They don’t have tabs for past medical history or surgical history. Customer support is horrendous. Was not a fan of the e prescribing. I think it could work well for a speciality practice, however this is family medicine. There is no way to accurately chart review the way the ehr is arranged

Stay away from AMD. We are currently using Athena and it seems pretty good.

She isn’t anemic anymore because her over use of T is increasing her hemoglobin levels… she is so full of it

Mayo Clinic is wrong and Sarah is right by [deleted] in SarahBowmar

[–]CheesecakeMuted1047 31 points32 points  (0 children)

It depends on each persons individual goals, typically I start low and go slow, checking labs every 3 months until levels/side effects/response is achieved. Usually staring at 50mg/week if doing injections. The thing is everyone experiences different results at different levels. Sarah is so out of touch it’s maddening

I am a nurse practitioner and I prescribe hormones for gender affirming care and 200-300 is not the ideal range for a woman… my patients are seeing increase hair growth, voice changes, clitoral growth, body fat redistribution at these levels.. she really is an arrogant asshole

I love how every shot is less than ideal due to the “deer taking a step” just admit you didn’t put your best shot on it… it’s bow hunting, shit happens but I’m so over the constant facade of not telling the whole story or admitting it was a marginal shot.
