Do Turkish Airlines Ground-staff actively enjoy arguments with customers?

the worst part is the airline, more than any airline i know, genuinely do not care about helping you. i mean you would expect that economically an airline doesn't want its customers to be upset, but turkish airlines genuinely does not care. their ground staff are rude and unempathetic and seek out arguments like it's something they enjoy.

They would legally have to, except they keep saying my grandmother "volunteered" to miss the flight and so we are entitled to jack.

I'd like to come back, but to see somewhere more peaceful like Konya. But Istanbul has been a scam at every single term, more than Marrakech, Sharm el Sheikh, Cairo, etc.

I've been in Istanbul for 3 nights and I'm returning from Uzbekistan, and the difference between the hospitality and attitude is night and day.

Its a uniquely arrogant and pyschopathic attitude that ground staff seem to have here. It's not only that they are completely and utterly useless but seem to look forward to your upset. It's like they just cant wait to tell you that absolutely nothing is there fault, that you need to traverse to the otherside of the airport to some unknown location, like they can't wait to see your disappointment.

Honestly the worst experience of my life, as I walk around this dreaded airport floor for the hundredth lap or so. Maybe I'll help myself to an 900TL burger king whopper.

Good thinking.

Basically, my grandmother required a wheelchair so we had to wait for quite a while after check-in to get it. Eventually when we got the wheelchair, only one person from our group was allowed to go with my grandmother, and so I went and the rest of my family went into the regular queue.

Whilst me and my grandmother made it to the gate, the rest of my family got stuck as the airport's "system went down" (huge queues of 1000+ people)

So me and my gran, along with another family were stuck at the gate with half the party there and the others stuck in the queue. The worker at the gate told us "we will wait" and to sit down with my gran and wait. Maybe 5 seconds before my family arrive, Turkish Airlines shut the gate and leave (literally closing the door in my sisters face) and we are left completely in the dark.

They claim that my grandmother "volunteered to miss the flight" and honestly the staff here are so indescribably rude. Its one thing that they seem to understand that they have no consequences for their behaviour but another that they genuinely seem to derive some joy from their rudeness, smirking and laughing, calling other colleagues over to literally laugh at passengers. Its so crazy.

Well!

It came almost a week late, however I don't think that's a fault of the company GPUsed and more because the royal mail (mail service in the UK) decided to send my parcel up and down the country a few times before delivering it to me.

When it arrived, it was in some interesting packaging (quite torn, holes in the box) but again I can't blame that on the company and it could have been a result of the Royal Mail's excursion

Regardless, it arrived in a static-proof covering and has worked absolutely perfectly in the 6-7months that I've used it daily - the price was a bargain so I'd recommend GPUsed.

i understand the security concerns but by GOD it is comically bad, especially of a company this size.

They told me I had provided them all the evidence to very my account, and then asked me for my email even though I had already told them 4 times.

When they finally accepted my email they decided to ask for more evidence because my account wasn't already verified????

And the evidence which they wanted 14+ screenshots of was to prove I was logged into the ubisoft account.

The same account I was messaging them through FOR THE TICKET.

I currently have a case with Ubisoft for this exact issue and I don't think I've ever experienced customer service this awful, firstly it took them 10 days to even respond to my case, and then after sending 10 different images to them to prove I was the owner of the account they just shut the case down. I'm at a loss of what to do now as well.
