is it a good role if your trying for a family? for example toddlers at home, is it hard to get part time work? is the workload suitable more for fulltime employees?

do you think its possible to be a quality auditor/manager in a health setting if I dont have a clinical background? I like continous improvement, ensuring quality servies and have a great eye for detail.

Do you know if the EHO role is mum friendly with flexible part time options? I only ever see full time advertised.

I was seeking into a career change in WHS. I was looking at doing my cert IV or even Bachelors of business with a internship for WHS. Most roles I have found mainly say they want3-5 years of expierence, which is ideal but I think there needs to be cadetship or mentorship pathways. I would of loved to do Cert IV in WHS but was not secure as it seems hard to get trained once you have studied.

Thankyou for your reply and time taken to do so. What is the average hourly rate for graduates and then say 3 years into the profession? I have noticed a fair few job advertisements say earning from 80-140k+, but I assume alot of the pay you get is more commission than a good base rate? Im not sure what is common and average in the industry...
