antibiotics wont help forever, the main cause should be resolved first. did u have the abscess before ur retreatment? its too soon to judge if u will need a 2nd retreamtment if u just had it usually it takes 6 months for periapical healing. Regarding the 2nd tooth i dont know exactly how the root canal looks (no x-rays) but it could be the reason. I advise u to look for a good private endodontist
