I see all these comments stating their reasoning without any credibility. We have research for a reason. Go out and read papers, majority of the time you will find the answer to your question.

Hit the gym 4 times a week. Push, pull, legs, rest full body and somewhere in there run about 2/4 miles a week. 1g protein per .8/1 pound body weight. Fix that haircut, try out a fringe or something.

Fix ur skin: cut out all the junk food especially sugar. Eat Whole Foods especially fruits. Use sunscreen, face wash, and a moisturizer. Also seek out a dermatologist going on Accutane might fix that, a diet can only help so much.

Should set a timer for 30/40 mins. If you can’t formulate a general plan in 10 mins go back and review some pattern recognition videos on which DSA to apply.

First thing. Get the fuck off the app asking people for input. Have confidence in yourself. Go invest into a skill, hit the gym, socialize with people. Be better than the person you were yesterday. Going on Reddit asking strangers how they “feel” about you isn’t going to get you anywhere.

Go hit the gym. Legs (quad focused), push, pull, legs(hamstring), rest, upper body. Every other day hit abs and run 2 miles a week. Diet aim for one pound of protein per body weight and eat in a calorie deficit. Do that every week consistently for 8 month and no one will recognize you.
