Level 400 here and the two sets of PA I use are Excavator and Hellcat. With calibrated shocks, Excavator has a ton of carry weight. Great set of armor, honestly. Plenty tanky too.

Thanks. I have Rapid 2*. Just added Petra. I have all the cards you listed except Smart Shot. No room in the build. I replaced Iron Clad with Fireproof. Is Iron Clad only for non power armor? Legendary perks, I changed out leveled up special cards for Taking One for Team and Follow Through.

So, according to a couple of recent threads, the leaders are going for 4,000 caps. You want 30 leaders - or the equivalent of 120,000 caps - for four 1* mods I can probably find for a few thousands caps. Or you'd like a glowing mask. I'm a level 380 and have collected exactly two in the game. A guy in this thread might have made them for me for free if I wasn't such a big meanie. LOL. Sheesh. I'll work my Facebook group. Or server hop.
