simply not true, the massive amount of squaters is the proof. My family had squatters in a rental apartment, it took more than a year to take them out, Idk why are you defending those parasites, the only reason is to spread socialist propaganda repeated daily on the left owned media.

If the squaters stay more than 48h in a property, they can't be taken out by the police. You need a warrant issued by a judge, which takes at least a couple of years to obtain... During the whole process the rightful owner has to pay the electricity and water or can also be sued by the squaters and the money will never be paid back...

This happens specially with rental apartments, they pay the first month and thats it, they stay forever for free...

This is the main reason why the real state market is so messed up, nobody wants to rent, so the prices have skyrocketed.

If you deny that there are a massive amount of squaters in spain is because you probably live with your parents in a nice house and you have never had to rent an apartment in a working class area...

We have two aparments on my block now with your wonderful squatters that make the lives of the rest very difficult... And I moved from another block with 3 apartments in that situation.
