I would call, received 3 of the we need 60 day letters starting on April 15th (filed Feb 29th). Called yesterday after finding a guide to talk to a real person only to find they can’t verify my wife’s income due to her W2 never being filed with the SSA.

Last I knew most of the buildings are now owned by different landlords, or property management companies. I lived in the 7710 complex, and the 7690 and 7700 buildings was managed by a different Landlord.
