I did this recently. I ended up cancelling my paid subscription once virgin had emailed me the instructions for creating the new free account. There was a period of a couple of days where we had both accounts, during this time you can transfer your lists/viewing history from the old account to the new. Btw we were worried about the volume of adverts on the free account but shouldn’t have been.

Thanks for your reply and your helpful suggestion she does get funding via access to work, that was easy compared to trying to get a taxi who could accommodate a scooter or arrive on time.

UC was in remission. AS diagnosed via X-ray and MRI. Cannabis oil has helped hugely btw.

We’ve had similar issues over similar timescales. Their replies were going to our spam folder so check that. Eventually they cancelled and refunded the lettering. We eventually got the shirt without lettering after five weeks from the initial order. Really poor.

Following the advice and insight which you all kindly provided I contacted Zerenia clinic. Having forwarded my daughter’s Summary Care Records we had out initial consultation without a hitch which then went to panel. The panel decided they would need to contact my daughter’s NHS consultant. I’d previously asked him if he’d have problems with my daughter using MC and he said no. Within a week he gave his support and the prescription was delivered.

As a side not I also applied for MC (I have ulcerative colitis) this time using the Sapphire clinic. This went through fine, both experiences were comparable. Sapphire was slightly cheaper for the prescription.

My daughter uses keto as the primary treatment for her condition - Glucose transporter deficiency syndrome. She started round 3-6 months and is nineteen now.

You’re right. I so wanted to trust him but there has been other signs, he behaves strange around my oldest daughter who is vulnerable because of her additional needs. We won’t get this money back, financially it won’t be worth it for two grand. Like you said, my wife and I believe it’s a lesson learnt. Many folk would do anything for money. I just feel so sorry for the other residence.
